Back in the day, this book would have caught my attention when I was the general manager for a small business. But those days are gone and although the Official Review and cover were enough to stimulate my interest back then, I won't be reading this book at this point in my life. However, kudos to the author for thinking of small businesses and how they may take advantage of Disney's management principles. Congratulations on being awarded BOTD.

I read somewhere that Walt was fired from one of his first jobs for lack of creativity. The irony of it all! Thanks to that boss, we got to experience the magic, and still do, in the "happiest place on earth" and with every Disney film. I am sure this book will contain many magical lessons.

This is a very interesting book. I have read several lessons on marketing but the same has been expressed in a very beautiful way in this book.

This sounds like an excellent book. By using Disney, it’s much easier to see the techniques and learn them. Interesting!

Unfortunately, I will have to skip this book. No offense, it has nothing to do with the book itself, it is just that my line of work have nothing in common with mentioned in it areas. So I doubtly will ever have use for any marketing strategies, no matter how great written. Anyway, congrats with BOTD!

There's a lot to learn from this book, I'm glad Lock shared both the successes and failures in business using Walt Disney as a template. Good job.

I'm not interested in business or marketing but it's always useful to learn about these things. The book seems very useful and it will probably teach its readers a lot. Thanks for the great review.

This book seems really interesting not only because it is about one of the largest and most successful companies that have ever existed, but also because Walt Disney's experiences in making his empire can help entrepreneurs to see what strategies they could use in their own businesses.
Thank you for your review.
