This crime thriller seems really like a page-turner with an intense storyline that sometimes can be brutal, definitely for adults. Thank you for your great review!

So, did you like the ending or not? Your review is detailed. The story certainly seems full of twists and turns. I would pass this book though.
Feeling upset sometimes may be unavoidable, but acting distressed is always optional.

I like that you mentioned that you read it in two sittings, which is always a good indication of great writing. Your summary was just enough to arouse interest without giving anything away.
