Game of Thrones... Thoughts... ?

I would love to hear what you think about this movie series.
Who was your favourite character ?
Was there a scene that amused you most even up to today?
Despite the actual ending, how did you personally think it should have ended

The last season definitely felt like it was rushed. And the fact that the episodes of the last seasons were not equal to the one of previous seasons is a proof of that.
The whole season we were all waiting for the winter to come because that's what all characters in there were waiting for anxious for. For it to come and be wrapped in one episode was just disrespectful.

The last season was nowhere near as good as the previous ones. It definitely felt rushed and it did not live up to the hype.

I love this series and was hooked from the first episode. I’ve read all the books. I’m not sure I could pin point a favorite book or episode but my favorite character was Sansa. I loved her development and arc.

My favorite characters were Tyrion and Arya. I was disappointed with the last season because it felt rushed. I feel like they could have done more if there were more episodes. Although I wasn't satisfied with the ending I still enjoyed watching the other seasons.

" Let's watch just one episode tonight "
And then at 5 am - episodes done and still not wanting to leave it.
This series have many scenes of raw blood and killing to which I may have otherwise puked my liver out. But I still watched through it. Now, you can estimate how much this series kept me engrossed.
I cant decide a fav character because I still need to finish the whole series and then I can decide the best one.

I have the first three books of Ice and Fire by R R Martins. And when the series started airing, I decided not to watch it. But it looked like I was the only one missing out. So I joined the crowd.
I found it very refreshing because the producers went ahead to twist the original plot and made it very exciting. But the sex scenes spoilt some of the fun.

I thought Daenarys and Jon Snow were going to rule the 7 kingdoms together lol! Yes, we were disgusted by the fact they were related, but it's in the Targaryen blood. Never that end where Daeny just brutally burn the capital without mercy. The scene I still quote to this day is where Arya and Joffrey are fighting and Sansa screams for them to stop. My friends are annoyed when I randomly do it!

The first four seasons were very well-adapted but it plunged in quality as soon as they moved away from the books and started trying to write original material!

This is among the best shows out there. I was not impressed with how it ended though. My favorite character was Arya Stark. Throughout the series, we are told about 'the prince that was promised' who was supposed to save the people from the white walkers. Arya ultimately saved the people but I am still not sure if she was the prince that was promised.

I think the last season sucked. The CGI was good, and some characters were okay, but everything else is just absolutely terrible—very terrible.

It really was absolutely great—one of the best. I love the story, characters, plot, themes, suspense, and then the ending happened.
