An intriguing sci-fi novel involving those that we hold dear and secret to ourselves- that is our thoughts. Congrats to Tayma Tameem.

This sounds like a really interesting storyline. I like the quandary of choosing whether to be able to sleep or losing your memories. It seems a very original thriller novel. Thanks for a great review.

The title alone would have me pushing the crowd out of the way to get to this book if I saw it on a distant shelf! Sounds both captivating and scary!

Thank you for such an informative and inviting review!

I love the plot of the book, it sounds so interesting. It definitely makes sense that messing with people's minds will sooner or later bring problems. I've read before that this author has a very good writing style, which really makes me want to read this. Thanks for the review.

It is hard to imagine that someone would actually want to purchase someone else's memories, but the book does sound interesting.

An interesting idea which has been explored in other ways before, in science fiction. In this case, I find it interesting that memories are removed somehow from people's brains, and not simply recorded for use elsewhere. But I suppose that this is where the plotline comes in, where the soldier missing his memories wants them back. This sounds like a great mix of suspense and science fiction that combines into a thriller. Your review was detailed and interesting.

This exciting sci-fi thriller is about a company that steals people's memories to sell to wealthy clients. That's an interesting storyline. Congratulations to the author for being chosen as BOTD. Thanks to the reviewer for an excellent review.

The book is based on an interesting idea, which I had heard of before. As to the main character, he seems to be in the position of someone who wants to "eat his cake and have it".
On the other hand, allowing others to witness one's memory might be the TV of the future.
I understand that the book is worth reading for the quality of the writing but I would also be interested to see how this puzzle is solved. Will the main character get his memories back?

This review and the book sample reminded me of 2 movies - Total Recall and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
I think this will be a good book for anyone looking for an action-packed sci-fi story with an easy to understand language.
Thanks for your review :tiphat:

Even if your dreams are haunted by nightmarish memories of the past, would you be willing to give them up for good? This is what happens to the protagonist of this sci-fi novel that poses some thought-provoking questions and is full of action and suspense. Thanks for your review!
