Selling Change
by Robert E.Smith

Selling change talks about the change in the real world as it further defines what causes the change and clearly states the faulty assumptions about change and describes with a life story about his research from a business firm for analysis and not using theoretical data for his research to make it effective ,revealing key points of obtaining change in an organization asking the question why? and answering sincerely the reason it's so.The concluding parts highlights that leaders who think differently about change and understand how to leverage impact, influence and consistency will be miles away from leaders who don't.It also referred to existing models used for different situations and identifying the pros and cons of those models as they are applicable to only certain conditions.

Thinking about how his case study materials were put together as it was enriching with very good content and his research story for making a change model starting from the scratch to make an effective and efficient result for his work. The research conducted on all the aspects consists of more than just the benefits of the company but to the customers and workers of the company.

Description of other models of change although it was cited to make us understand but i feel there should be practical stories or examples applying to those specific models and it should be beyond the scope of just theories.

I give it four out of four stars, as it was perfectly written, and professionally edited, as the amount of research and time used to make the book was worthwhile and it is short and right on point.I did not give a lower rating because it is filled with methods and ways that are astonishing as it comes up with better ideas and plans for making a better change

I specially recommend it to Leaders of any kind of ramifications as it can be applied to business and companies but it is not only limited to these as it can be applied to other instances of work like institutions of learning and other areas of life and it is advised that anyone in charge of a small group or students aiming for certain positions in company are also expected to read this book as it can be applied for certain circumstances.
