Just reading about quantum physics fascinates me already. But only those with interest in science would love to read stories as such. Thanks for a very detailed review.

The book was good at start, by the time I got to science around chapter 5 it got boring, to much details about math and quantum physics, maybe for those who understand little bit in physics or interest into, not my type so far, I stopped reading at chapter 6

A very well written review. Regarding Ron's fleeting romantic relationships, some of the book's female characters also seem to have a series of romantic relationships. I thought it was refreshing and more realistic portrayal of romantic relationships in our times

I love how you started this off with the question about seeing into the future. It's an interesting idea in the context of the review - being able to know that certain things are coming may help you prepare for them or it could have the opposite effect and just make things worse. When you bring science into it, it stops feeling like an unattainable "super-power" type thing and starts to seem like an actual possibility. It seems disappointing that the book left things unfinished; however, I'm glad that the story is at least intriguing if not disappointing.

Thanks for the honest review. I love sci-fi and thinking of brand new concepts. I especially love realism and feeling like I learned something. Hopefully the scientific jargon isn't too complicated for me to pick up! I'll add it to my Bookshelves for now. :)

Hello, Kathryn. The science baffled me at first, too. But, I finally realized it was describing the ability to see the future as much like the "warp power" of a ship on Star Trek. In the end, I was rather disappointed that Ron decided not to continue the experiments. I agree this book needs a sequel.

What are you talking about? Timewise has strong female characters throughout the book! Regina Russo is a physics professor when physics is definitely a male-dominated career! Cheryl was studying botany and eventually won a scholarship to continue her studies. Next, there's Louise who probably disguised herself as Louis so that she could explore without getting molested. I could go on, but I won't.

Great review! A good headstart before taking the book to read myself. I love your honesty where reading the science jargon at some point felt like your head was going to blow  A really good review.

The fictional time travel aspect of the novel sounds fantastic and would have me hooked to the book. The phyics jargon might be a hard no no for me but it might be a suspenseful page-turner for someone who has a deeper understanding for physics topics.

The first thing that attracted me to the book was the title. It made me think of travelling through time, seeing the future and manipulating time and all that.
I love the plot even though i didnt understand much of the science stuff talked about in the book.
The book left me with so many questions as well as opened my eyes to a world of possibilities.
