Talk about that cover does matter. It's first that caught my eyes and only after it compelled me to read review and description, my attention was caught as well and interest skyrocketed. I really like supernatural aspect, am intrigued by storyline and anticipate very enjoyable reading. Congrats on the BOTD!

Unfortunately, this book which holds a whole lot, hasn't piqued my interest. I guess it's because I'm not interested in this kind of supernatural romance story. Congrats on making it to BOTD.

This book is like the TV show "Supernatural," only slightly different. The demons in "Supernatural," possess people, this demon comes to take souls of those who murder, for this book is a supernatural mystery thriller. I would so read this.

I'm giving the story 4 out of 4. I don't even know how to express how I love this story and how interesting it is.
Why giving it 4 stars...
1st Star exists because of the storyline, the suspense which makes the reader so curious until he finish reading the story...
2nd Star shows forth because of the Literary Device used, the Imagery that makes the readers imagination when reading it looks real. It's just like it's happening and taking place in your front...
3rd Star comes in only because of the Language. The Language showing that this particular Fictional Story isn't just a story but a Supernatural based story and Fantasy.
And the 4th Star goes to the Non-error in the novel. The editing's good and great.

Sounds like the author is very creative and has showed great imagination. It definitely got my interest with all these themes of mystery, demons, romance, etc. I also enjoyed your review a lot, great job!

A father murdering his own son makes it a dark read.

Thank you for the great review.

Thanks for your thorough review. This book sounds like a thrilling rollercoaster ride. Supernatural beings intertwined with mortals is always an interesting combination for me. I look forward to finishing this book.

Why would one think of killing his son, let alone killing him? It doesn't sound right. Soul Seeker by Kaylin McFarren seems enchanting. I don't mind giving it a shot. Congratulations on the BOTD. Great review!

Quite a book! The blend of the supernatural and natural is quite interesting, to say the least. The actions of Benjamin Poe questions the extent we'd go to protect loved ones. Excellent review.

This book sounds mysterious with supernatural creatures, such as demons. Besides, it has crime, thrilling scenes, and intense characters with an interesting development. I think I have never read a book like this before, so I might give it a try. Thanks for the insightful review!

Fires, deaths, demons, and soul collectors might combine to create a bit too much evil for me, but your review certainly makes this one sound like it might be worth a read. 👹

Well I really like the storyline. A demon compelling you to murder, is a good choice for a suspense story. The characters seem interesting and I am lured to read the mystery just by this review. Great review!

What a fascinating start to this book. The writing is intriguing and captivating, sucking the reader in and making you want to stay until the conclusion. I am not a fan of fantasy so I will not be reading the book. Your review is interesting though, and I would like to know why Ben killed Gabriel.
