A boss going undercover to determine where the weaknesses and strengths are in the business seems like a great way to better understand what changes need to be made. Using a fictional format to demonstrate what a good boss/leader looks like is exceptionally helpful. I'm looking forward to reading this book. Great review!

In the fiction book "The Consummate Communicator' by Amy S. Hamilton, she explained how team work in spite of different personalities can create harmony, provide better customer service and sharper leadership skills for the work environment and projects.

But is everyone always ready to embrace change if the old system still work?
"The Consummate Communicator" by Amy S. Hamilton showed new ways to learn how to offer professional customer service that is less costly for training and enhance more profit and sharing for the company to continue and operate.
Also, her system can be applied to a company where customer service need a little more improvement to make life better for everyone and spread positive energy.

It sounds like Regional Bank went through quote the transformation thanks to the main character. Change is a hard concept to embrace but it sounds like it was necessary to save the company. Thanks for the lovely review!

I liked the idea of Jay that before becoming a CEO he actually stepped in every shoe of the day to day people and working staff. This book seems like an educational and motivational book. People should read it and understand the importance of the book. Congrats for BOTD.

This isn't fiction. This is the god awful truth of every office out there. After all didn't we all have that one manager who is so set in his ways, he just cannot get on board with the new program. The one we tell stories about till the day we retire from life itself?

Customer service remains the best way to assess the good or bad fortune of a company. The most profound changes are little changes that cost next to nothing, yet change is usually difficult to accept and implement due to one reason or another. Great review.

Change is difficult. But interestingly, the changes with the most impact do not always cost a lot. This summarizes the book and would be a good read for leaders as well as team members. I'd love to read this myself. Thanks for a well laid out review.

I guess there are a lot of lessons that can be picked up from this book. However, reading about a business, even if it is fictional, doesn't interest me at all.

What appeals the most about this book is that it treats serious organizational issues in a light manner by the use of a fictional narrative. I believe that this book is a must-read for professionals and leaders of enterprises who want to turn around their companies and make an impact on the market. Sounds like an interesting book.
