All that information in 77 pages is no mean feat. Seven is a number used to denote completeness. Perhaps the author aimed for that. That this book does not exclude seniors is wonderful news. After all, they say life begins at sixty nowadays.

It seems this book is packed with too much information to deal with comprehensively. Therefore, it follows that it lacks some depth, as you point out. However, the way you describe the organisation of the book’s chapters – as having conclusions with brief descriptions of the matters they address – makes me interested in reading it, even though I don't do the self-help genre.

This book sounds like a gem of wisdom. Self -help books are one of my favourite genre. It gives me the time to understand myself and try to better myself at a pace I am comfortable with. I would definitely read this book. Thanks for the review!

I was thinking of saving this book for the mean time since I am still far away from my 40s. But I realized that this may come helpful to my profession and I can recommend thia too to my friends and few adult students. I am really all for motivational. I constantly need a reminder like this in life so this is definitely in my bucket. Thanks.

I’m honestly a bit tired of self-help books lately. I am glad to hear that this one addresses older readers, though. I might think about giving it to someone I know who’s older who feels that he can’t start anything new in life because of his age (have been fighting him on this for a bit since he’s so unhappy in his current circumstances). Maybe it’d give him the boost he needs, although the God references might turn him off. Thank you for the helpful review.

It's apparent that every action comes from thoughts or commands from the mind. However, not many people realize that the first step to succeeding is developing a healthy, positive mindset. I love that this book brings attention to this. The more people realize this, the more conscious and self aware they become.

This book has many things to offer on different levels. I find the author inspirational in his own life experiences. His professional background also allows him to offer constructive suggestions. I may read the book based on these factors. Thank you for the detailed review.
