Addiction is definitely a serious issue in today's society. It comes in many forms. Great Review. I look forward to seeing how Lisa and Sharon's story turns out.

With all certainty this book is not my cup of tea. Never liked or were interested in prying in strangers private memories and probably never will develop a taste for it as well. I will have to skip this one, but anyway congratulations with the BOTD!

In this memoir, Lisa and Sharon are two sisters who have the courage to narrate their life-story. They take turns in telling their story and do not shy away from sensitive issues like drug addiction. Thanks for your review!

A memoir written jointly by two sisters seems very interesting as sisters often each other's greatest friends or enemies.

Thank you for the great review.

I just finished this book. I always seem to find the book I need to read when I need it most. I needed this book. Congrats on it being BOTD. The detail in the review does a wonderful job of encapsulating an equally wonderful book.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting memoir about two sisters who grew up in a divorced family and as adults became essentially opposites where one sister was successful and the other was going through a rough time and it is up to her sister and mother to hold an intervention for her. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

This memoir about the tumultuous life journey of two sisters sounds intriguing. I am often intrigued by autobiographies about women's lives, their challenges and their accomplishments. I have no doubt that In Hindsight will be an amazingly inspirational read. Thanks for the great review!

Addiction to drugs does not only affect the addict but his/her family as well. How will Lisa react when her mother and sister stage an intervention due to her addiction.

Although I don't usually like memoirs, this sounds like an amazing one and the story seems easy to connect to.

I think I would enjoy reading this book and learning about addiction from the two different perspectives you mention. I think it does take a lot of skill and practice to write with such clarity and ease that you make another truly feel your own emotions!

I'm not a fan of memoirs, but I'll agree with the Official Reviewer that the book reads more like a novel than a true story. These authors are terrific writers and I hope they find a truly appreciative audience. Congrats to them both on receiving BOTD honors.

The fact that true love is present strikes a chord with me. It is a happy ending and the lesson I really learn from this story is that the peace of one is the peace of all. Great review!

This sounds like a valuable book to read to learn important life lessons when one is doubtful of one's future because of bad things that have happened in the past. Your review has made me curious about the sister's life and now I want to know what happened to Lisa.

This is really a touching story. It is not easy to write about ones life, especially if it had some ugly part. I wonder if Lisa was able to get through her addiction. Nice review
