The book is only 33 pages? It sounds so inspirational, and it looks like the author really shares a lot of information about his disability and how he overcame it. I can't believe he manages to do this in 33 pages. Maybe he could have written a bit more so the ending won't be so abrupt. Thanks for the review.

It is my personal paradox - books that are intended as inspiration source for other people, are in fact quite depressing read to me. Probably, because of a contrast between what real life is against what it could have been. After some time, I simply stopped reading inspirational literature at all. Sorry, I will skip this one.

There's joy in my heart as I write this review. And it is mostly because of the author's unbroken spirit despite his condition. I believe his story will not only encourage us but also inspire us to act responsibly regardless of the obstacles we face in life. The moral of the author's story is what I liked the most about this book. Its message of hope is inspiring. I also like that the author shares how he was able to manage some of the effects of his injury. I found his use of rap music to overcome "slow speech" to be fascinating.
It is truly fascinating. I wonder what is about rap music that helped him regain control of his speech.

Nevertheless, I didn't enjoy how the book ended abruptly. Perhaps I just wanted more information about the author's welfare. I blame it on how much I was able to relate to his story. However, the overall inspiring reading experience makes up for that.
I hope the author takes your comments into account and writes a sequel. It would be interesting.
I'm glad you enjoyed the book so much!

A nice short non-fiction book "The Hearts You Give Lift Our Voices Eternally" by Gregory Hebert, which is about having faith and hoping for the best despite setbacks in life. How the author managed to live his life despite of his traumatic brain injury is quite inspiring to read.
life is only knowing the unknown, we can do this by reading books easily- Online book club is a great place for this. This is what I believe.
