Unfortunately, I have to admit that faith, spirituality, inspiration and all other books about such things are most definitely not my choice to read. I have little free time to spare at the moment and while it is clearly understandable from description why so many will gladly dedicate their time to this book, I will have to pass. My most sincere congrats on BOTD!

The author’s courage and unbroken spirit is inspiring. So is the book’s message of hope. A great resource for anyone living with a disability. Thanks for sharing.

"The Hearts You Give Lift Our Voices Eternally" by Gregory Hebert - Every once in a while, inspiration comes our way that is heartwarming, brave, surprising and we all feel better for it. It moves us to make our own lives better. Gregory Herbert is that inspiration. I loved the review. Thanks

Great review. This is motivating and captivating. Gregory had a pretty tough going and him not giving up is exactly the kind stuff I like to read.
There is no point in trying to please a person who doesn't apreciate me. Besides, why do I have to try and please anyone in the first place?

Gregory Hebert recounts how he was knocked down by a car when he was nine years old. Mr. Hebert was in a coma for two months after the accident. After he regained consciousness and was discharged from the hospital, it was noticed that he began to perform some tasks slower than expected. However, he continued to strive for excellence. In this book, the author shares how his family and other notable individuals have been supportive in his life. He also shares how he has been able to live his life despite being diagnosed with Traumatic Brain Injury.

There's joy in my heart as I write this review. And it is mostly because of the author's unbroken spirit despite his condition. I believe his story will not only encourage us but also inspire us to act responsibly regardless of the obstacles we face in life. The moral of the author's story is what I liked the most about this book. Its message of hope is inspiring. I also like that the author shares how he was able to manage some of the effects of his injury. I found his use of rap music to overcome "slow speech" to be fascinating.

Not a happy ending but a heart reaching book about success after tragedy. Great official review.

To suffer a traumatic experience, have it affect your life significantly, handle the experience with hope and courage, and then share your story to inspire others is nothing short of amazing.
Great job!

I'm not a fan of memoirs, so I'll be skipping this book. Nevertheless, I'm pleased to congratulate the author on receiving BOTD honors.

This story is a very inspirational one. I love what the author did. Stories like this need to be told to enable people in horrible situations to never give up.

Inspirational books are not my cup of tea but I've read the review and I'm sure the book will find its reader. The author had a great willpower and inner strength to overcome all the difficulties he has experienced since that car accident which was also partially thanks to good loyal friends and family support. I think a lot of people will be inspired by the book. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!
