First, I love the title and now cannot get Rock Lobster out of my head. Second, this book sounds like a good way to help directly introduce young readers to the stages of grief without making them too sad so that maybe they’ll be able to handle it a bit better later in life. I can’t think of a single full-grown adult I know who has handled grief well, myself included, and with my family still devastated from the loss of one of our dogs a couple weeks ago, maybe we could use a book like this right now, even with us all being adults (and one little Toy Fox Terror). Thank you for the helpful review.

Oooh, sounds like a cute, heartwarming innocent story for children. I'd love to read its happy ending and share the tale with my school pupils. Thanks for an equally cute review!

A book about grief, the stages it passes, and how to recover from it will be very helpful to people currently grieving over one thing or the other.

Great review.

This seems to be an interesting children's book with a somewhat intriguing ending. I like that the author designed the book in a way that will also interest adult readers. I'm looking forward to enjoy reading the book. Cheers.

I think that it's always impressive when children's books do a great job of describing and explaining adult concepts (like grief) in a way that children will understand. The presence of the bright illustrations certainly don't hurt as well. Thanks for the review.

What a good topic in a children's book. It gets grief across without someone dieing. Often times, I find in books this is the method to delve into grief.
