I’m sorry for the author’s loss. This book is a religious one I feel we could all learn from. Thanks for a detailed review.

I dismiss the element of divinity in this book, but embrace the advice to focus on things within my control rather than obsess on those that aren't. If this book really is adaptable, then I definitely should read it.

I enjoyed the reflection questions at the end of every chapter, they do help me dig deeper and reflect more on my spiritual journey. The book is worth your time if you're looking for something with a Christian background and biblical reference.

Writing from a personal experience to help people is the best idea and humane attitude, which a writer can have. Writers like Monica are my best.

This book is definitely a great one. I like it that the author writes with a goal of helping others understand their purpose and learn from their experiences in life. This is a must-read. Congratulations on the BOTD!

It sounds like the author is a very kind person, and I like that the book offered the reader a way (without too much force) to apply what they have learnt in the book by offering them to participate as a recipient, patron or participant in their scholarships. Thanks for the review.

I used to be a firm believer in destiny. I really believed that everything happens as part of God’s plan for our lives. Honestly, I still believe in it. I know that there is something to learn from every situation. But there are times that I feel like I was just born to suffer. I can't help but compare my situation to others. I hope as I read this book my faith will be restored. So, thanks for this.

I liked that Monica is motivated by two factors to write this book: the desire to please God and the death of a cousin. These are proper motives for writing an impactful piece.

In these difficult times, I think we all need something that is encouraging and gives us a positive outlook. Your review makes it sound like an excellent book. I am not very religious, but I am open to positivity. Thanks for the review!

I have no idea what it feels like to lose a family member that young and that unexpectedly. And it seems that the author leaned on strength from the divine to get through it. That's inspirational.

It's tough to lose a loved one, but I'm glad the situation ultimately inspired Andrews to start a foundation that's helping others. I also like how she uses stories from her own life in each chapter to help drive her message.
