Poetry always gets to me. I love the realistic nature of the poems and the thematic areas like love, celebrating the struggles and joys of parenthood, appreciating mothers, faith, and Covid-19. Congratulations on the BOTD.

I normally do not read poetry but this collection of poems seems to be easy to comprehend as it talks about daily life.

Poems About Things That Mattered Most ~ Is rather touching, inspiring, thought-provoking, heart-touching and professionally put together. The Author tells of the love of God, family and country.

Through this time of the pandemic, the poem will resonate well with other readers whose lives are interrupted by this unfortunate circumstances.

~ Thanks to the Author

They say that life is short, but when you look through it, you see that how much had happened in your past. You see your achievements and failures, your worst time and your best memory. And, you can truly understand this if you are at the twilight of your life. And this poem gets an insight into it. Glad, the writer published this.

I read the sample and found those poems enthralling. It's evident that his poems will inspire the readers to write down some poems themselves.

Thanks for this wonderful review :tiphat:

Non fiction and memoirs are not my cup of tea. But I've read the review and the book seems interesting especially that thought-provocative nature of the poems which will definitely attract the people's attention. So I'm sure the book will find its reader. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

I think everyone will agree that after what the world's been through during last two years (although not exclusively last two years) it's a good time to think about what we value most in our lives. Maybe this book would be a good way to get inspired to think about what's really important. And also, good opportunity for me personally to get back to reading poetry!

Unfortunately, poetry is totally not my cup of tea. Not just because English is not my native language, I always get confused by rhyme and rhythm in any tongue, thereby I won't be able give its due to this book. Still, congrats on the BOTD!

At a time where everything seems so uncertain, I think poems will really help to raise the spirits of readers. The author has done well to touch various aspects of life of each individual which for me is a good thing. Good review.

Poetry that can inspire a reader to write their own poetry must be pretty powerful and moving. I like the insight on the word guidance in respect to God; it's a different perspective that adds more depth and understanding. This book of poetry has been added to my reading list. Great review!
