Health is wealth, they say. This book stratigically explored a crucial topic; ''health.'' And this is necessary to note. Congratulations on the book of the day.

Physical wellness and health is an unavoidable topic especially when you have the aged and want to have all the information that will save you from unforeseen circumstances. However, such a book is a struggle for me as too many medical terms can bore me out any day. Overall it Is necessary to have a guide that gives in-depth details. Congrats for being BOTD.

"If you feel rushed and unheard, then find another PCP."
Thank you for quoting this. I think this is the best advice anyone could give. We have the right to have a second or third or nth opinion. Thanks for the lovely review.

Physical wellness and healthcare is an unavoidable topic especially when you have the aged and care about your wellbeing. However, a medical book is not my best fancy as the medical terms can bore me out anyway. Overall it is important to have a guide that keeps you informed about health care. Congrats on being the BOTD.

This guide sounds very helpful. I like that it’s written by someone who has experience as both a patient and a physician and has seen the healthcare system through its changes as a business over the past few decades both in her own practice and her father’s. Too bad the advice about finding a good PCP can be harder to act upon in less populated and/or more remote areas. Where I live, it seems like all our good PCPs (and other doctors, actually) either burn out or end up moving away once my family feels that we can depend on them staying, and the rest are exposed as “bad” doctors for one reason or another (some creepier than others). Regardless of this bad luck, this book sounds useful for navigating other aspects of the healthcare system. Thank you for the helpful review.

An informative book that has become more relevant with the situation we are all currently in. Hopefully, some of the information can be applied to countries outside of the US. Congrats on BOTD!
