This is quite a resourceful book. The author has double experience in marriage and as a coach. I like that it has practical tips and real and distinct stories. Congratulations on the BOTD.

I think most mistakes people make is that they treat marriage as a short-term relationship, so at any point there is a misunderstanding all they want to do is opt-out. I think having access to a book like this could go a long way in educating young couples.Good review.

What’s Forever For? A Physician’s Guide To Everlasting Love And Success In Marriage" by George P “Jeep” Naum, III - A guide to a successful marriage. The author says to focus on understanding each other not on winning the fight. He provides examples of three marriages in different times as the environment can change drastically over time, but the underlying need to put the other person first is the same. Great review. Thanks.

Marriage for me is a sacred institution, but it's sad that failed marriages have become the order of the day. I believe the insights shared in this book would be very much helpful to the building of and maintaining of strong homes and marriages. Thanks for a well written review.

Marriage is not about money or love, but understanding and commitment. Money can be poisonous and can be taken for granted. Great, informative book. I didn't know there is a marriage coach though. Congrats to the author.

I have to admit, the religion-based stance of the book is definitely off-putting for me. Even in the sample, it sounds like the author is saying that secular marriages have no chance of working because 'God' is not in the picture. I appreciate the author's noting that the book would be good for any couple, heterosexual or otherwise, but he just seems to give the subject lip service, not really include it in the book. I have to say I'll be passing on this one, but I'm sure there are others who will find it highly inspirational. Thanks for the well-written review!
