With the divorce rate amongst both Christians and non-Christians, rising, this is a timely book. Thanks to the author for using his experience and advice to help others in their relationships. This should be an interesting read. Yours was an insightful review.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting book full of advice to have an enduring marriage written by a marriage coach. While I may not be the target audience, it might be worth another look for those couples that are married. Well done.

Marriage is indeed universal but the fact that a same-sex marriage example isn't included here still doesn't sit right with me. I don't think queer couples would read something that doesn't represent them either. Nonetheless, the book should still contain useful information about things that generally affect married couples.

I like this book. But sometimes life is more difficult to understand ourselves so the psychiatrist can't solve the hidden complex completely. If there had a crack inside couple, they couldn't be the same as before. It's great to read your review

I couldn't agree more that the inclusion of same-sex marriage and issues regarding it would make this book better. Like authors shouldn't pretend LGBTQ+ people don't exist. They get married, as well. Although issues about marriage is universal, I believe they can be different in terms of who marries who specially when the topic is narrowed down based on gender. One example, LGBTQ+ couples have to deal with issues in their relationships affected by discrimination, which hetero couples don't experience. Anyways, I love how progressive are you to mention that LGBTQ+ inclusion is important in the book.

Thanks for a splendid well accounted for review. This book applies to all relationships under fire due to current turmoil everywhere. Stress is the main culprit that needs to be managed, before starting to patch up. Communication, positive scripting is the pill to fill in the gaps. Read WHAT'S FOREVER FOR .... to feed your mind and heal your soul.

I'm fond of reading relationship books, but not specific to marriage.
After reading your review, it made me think that this is not as diverse as I expect it to be.
But 20 years of experience is worth the credit for his success.
Congratulations on the BOTD.

This is a great resource for couples who are engaged or married. Every relationship needs to be maintained by both parties being involved and understanding what needs to be worked on and improved. Thank you for your great review.
