:eusa-think:
Sounds about learning to fly fish,
Learning to fish and bonding with good people doesn't sound bad at all to me, are they taking about fly fishing or flying fish and what's the difference between the two?
I would think that they have a book for everything under the sun sounds like a good book though, not my kind of thing, unless I want to take up fly fishing.
Great job on the review.

Thanks for the review of this book Bookowlie. I now know what to expect, while catching up on the story. Girl talk is a topic that arouses interest.

I'm not sure if I'm interested in this book, not really my cup of tea but, sounds like it might be interesting.

I am in the process of reading this book now so that I can as well write a review. I agree with you I am having a hard time getting into the grove since it has started slowly with an overload on fly fishing that could have been woven into the story just like you have suggested. I hope to get to the drawing section as well since I do see great potential in this being a great read for me. I will lookout for the errors you have mentioned. Thank you for the awesome review.

I could see how you would find the descriptions of the mechanics of fly fishing a bit mundane, but to me it was necessary as the book was also made as a dedication to the sport. The author definitely wants to keep the sport alive and encourage people to participate, and so knowing how to do so is important to intrigue potential fly fishers. I also didn't mind the details of how they became friends as it helped me understand the meaning behind the friendship instead of just being told that they're close friends. I'm happy to see you enjoyed the book, and I was also completely engrossed with the story towards the end!
Do you ever feel like you spend too much time reading? Yeah. Me neither.

This book focuses on five friends who eventually end up sharing the love for fly fishing. Fly fishing ends up becoming more than a sport for them. The bond the women share is beautiful and it is amazing to see how they go through life together.

I really appreciate you for writing this review. I 100% agree that women going on a trip for fly fishing is very unique; in fact, I had never heard of fly fishing until now. I am actually currently on a journey to start reading and I look forward to coming back to compare notes between my review and this one

This sounds like an awesome way to learn about fly fishing. I wonder if there were any life lessons obtained through the life stories of the women. It reminds me of how special people come in your life and help you get through rough seasons.

This is the first review I've read, and it's thorough without giving away too much- nice job! I enjoyed your descriptions of the overall plot, the author's choice to use multiple points of view, and the way the story engaged you enough to miss the characters after you finished. It doesn't sound as if the noted errors (including spaces between ellipses) kept you from finding the book a satisfying read.

It seems from your reviews that the book will be a great read. I'm imagining how fishing with your best friends would look like, an interesting outing surely!

However, your observations about the short comings in the book is quite concerning and I hope the author fixes it soon.

The book serves as a powerful reality check on overcoming challenges and emerging stronger and bigger. I loved how it emphasized that life isn't always a bed of roses. Thanks for the amazing review!
