It has an intense feeling. It felt strange if one day you had a dream and then realizing it if this is really a dream or reality.
Reading is a journey to the world.

The book was numbered #1 so I assume it's just a first volume and there will be continuation. At least I hope so! I would definietely like to read it to see what else could happen further on.
PS. I didn't find the repetitions too annoying and there were not too many of them. But as a matter of fact, I would prefer if, especially the long paragraphs, would be changed at least a little bit, not used exactly the same words.

I read this e book and I accept as true with your evaluation that there has been an excessive amount of repetition. I just like the premise of the unconventional, and marvel if there might be any sequels. Will Gary pursue his lucid dreaming to try and visit other Worldlines? Anyway, thanks in your review.
We’re gonna want a bigger bookshelf.

With my ever curious mind as to what I would do if I woke up in another world, this book opens up a new world of fantasy with murder, intrigue and a lot more...
Thanks for the review.

"If that theory were true, then, in essence, we have no character, because at any point all instances of the choice we could make will happen anyway even if it is in another worldline."

This is wonderfully said. I agree and I don't think I could understand this book. But that is the case with most sci-fi books I just am not interested in reading them. This book has an interesting premise. Great job with the review.

Great review. With the repeating of scenes I think is part of the multiverse, the character is seeing the same thing through different versions of the self. Though I do agree that some of it could have been avoided.

Science fiction with fantastic elements and lucid dreaming? Count me in! From the review Worldlines seems like my kind of book to a t. Personally having experience with lucid dreaming, I wonder how things would turn out if another me from a parallel world got involved?
Thank you for the great review! :tiphat:

I've read a few reviews on this book by now, and everytime I regret that I did not pick it up for reviewing when I had the chance. The description that came along with the book had been vague and did not interest me, but since reading your review and knowing that it talks about parallel universes, I feel I would have enjoyed it.

I'm not a fan of Science fiction, however I do make exceptions when the storyline is not all aliens and world domination. Multiverse theory sounds very fascinating to a newbie like myself. Great review

I think this would be a good book according to the review. The multiverse is difficult to understand. How can Gary be in two places doing two different things?

Oh wow. This seems like a great book to read. Committing a crime while seemingly unconscious? Count me in. Definitely one for my shelf!
