Love, forgiveness, and transformation all sound great! I'm generally not someone who reads self-help books, but maybe this is worth a shot. Great review, by the way!

This sure does sound like a great book and a great journey at that. I'm sure I'll learn a lot from the experiences of the author and it will also help me gain insight at life for sure.

Life is spiritual, in as much as we can deny it or attempt to believe otherwise. Perfect by Miller sounds like an interesting book that reminds us of fear of the unknown as well as how fear brings torment to one who gives in. This is an autobiography not fiction.

The book sounds interesting and educational with those exercises and suggestions that the author used on her journey to wellness and pretty informative for those who are interested in reincarnation, angels and the spirit world. But inspirational and motivational books are not my cup of tea. Still I'm sure the book will find its reader. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

All her life, Judi was plagued by feelings of fear, of not fitting in, and of not being enough. Facing a crisis of purpose, she embarks on a transformational journey of self-discovery and uncovers a shocking past-life connection to someone dear to her.
She learns to open her heart, release her stories, and understand forgiveness in a whole new way.
This compelling and relatable narrative includes reflections and exercises to help you open your own heart and access forgiveness, even for the most painful acts. You'll come away with a profound understanding that despite-or perhaps because of-our perceived flaws and mistakes, we can all experience the world as it really is: Perfect.

According to the review, the book is about a sad scared girl who faced a lot of trauma in life but eventually found a solution. Some of her experiences could relate to some readers. Thanks for the nice review. Congratulations on BOTD.

This is an interesting inspirational non-fiction autobiography highlighting intergenerational trauma, dealing with fear and anxiety, and growth. The book is free on Kindle Unlimited and has a well-written OnlineBookClub review. Congrats @judi_a_miller on the BOTD selection.

I found this review and the book itself to be quite intriguing. I also like that you gave readers just enough to be interested in, but not enough to be giving away any major spoilers. I appreciate the warning about certain subjects that can trigger people especially those who have suffered through abusive situations similar to the author's. The author's autobiography touches upon the idea that not everything in our world can be explained and that there is more to the human experience than we see on a daily basis.

I never considered whether smiling or frowning would affect us. I know others see it, and it affects impressions. So this is interesting to think about. Thanks for the review.
