The Process of Living ~ is a Non-Fiction self-help Book which tells of Bill DeBarba as he unfolds his story about improving the quality of one's daily life. It contains three simple components. Thought, Feeling, Actions and Human Life on earth.

A bit of humor. Captivating. Well edited. It also tells of translating thought processes into pictorial views to enhance feelings. Very interesting read.

A self-help book which will definitely help many people out there to lead a harmonious life. I'll obviously give this one a try.

I guess that's the trend of the last couple of years in literature - a combination of philosophy and psychology. Each and everyone in need of such information will find a book in this field. I'm interested in this one, a sort of elementary guide. Thanks for the review.

I like how the author seems to have it all. He brings effective processes, personal experiences, and humour in the same book. However, self-help isn't usually a genre I enjoy.

A thought provoking self-help book that will have the reader reexamine the thought process. The easy to understand language is a bonus that will appeal to many readers. Thank you for a well-written review.

Sounds interesting though it is not really my kind of book. I do know people who like this type of book so I will be letting them know and recommending it to them.

I like reading self-help and motivational books the most. And what I like to see in them are practical methods and techniques instead of just motivating quotes. I'll definitely add this to my list. Thanks for the detailed review.

This concept is not completely new, but well worth to be explained because I firmly believe that it works. But, as with any self help method, one needs to show commitment and determination.

The ideology of striving for the better life is what we all intend to forget, but what the Author states is the ability to pool through even when times get rough, pilling your head up high is the way of archiving a better life, you just got to trust the process

The review is well written. The mind is an interesting component and only by learning it can one improve his/her thought process.

I may check it out seeing as how it is such a short read. I am always curious how different authors try to connect with the psyche.
