Exploring a new approach to self-help seems like a great addition to this genre.  Congratulations on Book of the Day!

It's an interesting concept but I'm not certain I agree. People long for and are passionate about many things. Even when the feelings those thoghts arouse beget actions, it's not necessarily going to lead to success. There are too many other 'worldly' considerations for this magic to consistently work. Great review, but I'll pass.

I do not enjoy reading non-fiction books that are not story-based so I am going to pass on this one. Thanks for the great review!

Interesting comments. I think that we all have an inner intuition that is in sync with The Process and this is that gut feeling that everyone talks about. Also, I am a firm believer in visualization as a technique to make things happen in life. This book was an unexpected find - thanks.

I like it when the author includes humour to liven up what otherwise could be construed as a more monotonous read. However, it would be good to cut down on some repetition, like you have mentioned. Thanks for the review.

I have also tried to find a thought connection between my thought and my reality. This book sounds great; I'll give it my time.

The idea of whether there's an actual connection of one's thought process and reality, and the other idea that life isn't controlled by what happens from outside your body or thoughts but the process remind me of that philosophy I learnt in political philosophy called the allegory of the cave. That it's more of the process and what's going on in someone's thoughts than what actually happens outside our senses or interpretations. In my own understanding, what Debarda means in her book is her explanation on the idea of how you take the things that happen in your life and how you should live or cope with it, that it's always gonna be your decision how you'd react to it. I just hope that this book doesn't try to whitewash situations and discriminations that the minorities are experiencing. I don't think there is any way self help books can do as far as racism when these books pretend these discriminations don't affect a person's life at all and all they think is that the minorities need a self help book.

Wow! It's astounding how the gigantic process of living only consist of three seemingly minute aspects. I think I like this read and would love to learn more about how thoughts, emotions and actions shape our lives. Thank you for the amazing review.

What I have understood by this book, is that it concentrates on the implementation of our thoughts, how to connect it with reality and so on. However, real life experiences or examples would make a better understanding of what this book entails. I believe this book is going be a stand out.

Thank you for the review. The book is short enough not to bore you but also deep enough to allow for introspection. I like how the author keeps assuring the reader that he's affirming what you already know and have been practicing, only opening your understanding to it's impact in your life.

There are lots of people who are lost in a path which they also don't know and seeking help subconsciously to get away with it and take control of their life and do whatever they feel they want to and I think this book is a potential to get those people a better version of themselves. You wrote a great review!
