:techie-reference: This one looks interesting and very good with a great storyline. It has both science fiction and romance which has its own appeal. Great review.

It is a mashup of so many genres, sounds like an interesting read! The character-driven plot sounds pretty intriguing.

A suspenseful character-driven story seems captivating. I like the historical, romance theme of it. This seems like an interesting read. Congratulations on the BOTD.

This story contains the passion and deep feelings shown by Kat when she understands the terrible torture and degradation that Thomas was put through by the villain Anstey. She feels deeply that it would begin the healing if Thomas could bond with their daughter Lissy. This is recounted in the first person and such is the power of the writing that one could be in the same room with them. Thanks for the brilliant review.

Any read with romance in it is no longer in my list of 'want to read.' However, one thing I like about the book, as he highlighted in the review, is the aspect of suspense. Thanks for the well-done review.

The storyline is based more on Sci Fi, with a hint of romance between Kat and Thomas, I'm intrigued that they having these mind games too, real interesting indeed. One turn off for me is getting use to all the characters, way to many in my opinion.

I read the first book in the series and remember I had a hard time putting it down. I think this one is going to be just as good. I hope Kat and Thomas work things out in their relationship. Thank you for your review.

I hope all the twists in this sci fantasy book will keep me glued to reading it. On the flip side, I haven't read the first book in this series and I hope it's a stand alone kindof book or I should not bother reading this since I haven't read the first. However, this is a great review. Congratulations on BOTD

This book provides a unique combination of sci-fi and Romanticism. It'll be interesting for sci-fi lovers to read it with romance in it and I don't think any Romance lover will read sci-fi in it. You wrote a great review!

This seems like a book with a very complex plot. It's hard to believe that this second book can be read as a stand-alone. Anyway, it doesn't seem to be something I would enjoy.

Sounds like a good science fiction/historical romance action book. I have not read the first book in the trilogy but, as you stated, this can be read as a stand-alone. Thanks for the review.

Being the second book in the series, I would not read this one first, but the storyline sounds interesting.

Love and torment inside the heart of Miss. A novel that attracts you to understand what love was and why this torment. Do you after all the pains come back love again. It might be a terrifying novel. But the presence of love and torment here the smoothness of horror. Worth reading. Congrats on Botd :techie-studyinggray:
