Although the book seems intimidating at first, the concepts are intresting and worth thinking about. I would love to be able to bring back the extinct species.

These are conversations that I've had in my own mind and with friends, though I'm sure not nearly as thoroughly as the author has done in this book. We never reach solid conclusions, and I'm not sure how much information I'd need to be comfortable with one, but I do appreciate that the author did careful research and tried to approach the conversation with objective facts and logic. Thanks for your review!

It is și well written! I don' t have a scientist backround, so I think that I will not see in the book everything that you saw. I honestly envy You that you can see a story in what concerns cloning and invitro fertilisation.

Complicated subject matter and I don't only mean it from religious stand of point. I am agnostic so this part is quite simple to me, but the moral and ethical issues of such interference with the natural order of things are what concern me most. At the same time I can't deny that it can lead to healing from genetic diseases.

This sounds like a fascinating book, especially for those readers interested in science. The author has provided much detail about eugenics and discusses topics such as IVF and cloning. I’m sure this book helps to show the potentials of this technology. Thanks for a great review.

In a fast evolving world, it would be ignorant to not have knowledge on the capabilites that genetic engineering makes possible. Thank you for a detailed and informative review. I am looking forward to reading it.

This is quite an intriguing and intellectual book. Eugenics is an interesting topic and I like the scientific and logical backing. I have to say science and power go hand in hand, it is difficult to decide what is wrong and right. Congratulations on the BOTD

It will be interesting to take a deep dive into the ethics of technology and discuss its pros and cons. Although the content might be hard to digest, the author seems passionate about his work and backs it up with plausible research and sensible arguments. Congrats on the BOTD selection!

A midtake in genetics can leave kids attached to the machines. Eugenics could actually cure people and offer them a real life expectancy and life quality. The author presented what eugenics is and how it could be an excellent thing that will help people in future. The author does that in a great detail.

I'm not into science but I'm certain this subject is a bit controversial and sound like an interesting book. I'll like to see what I can learn from the storyline. Congratulations on BOTD

I am glad that the author discusses the use of harm that eugenics has caused our society. The use of it in the past was done to permanently prevent people who were viewed as burdens on society from having children. These people were frequently stigmatized based on their race, mental capacity or status as a rape survivor. I do like that the author also discusses the advancements in technology specifically in regards to gene therapy and the curing of diseases.

Genetic engineering is extensively making progress these days. From food plants, clones detect diseases and cure, it has huge scope in improving the life quality but there are serious concerns about its misuse. This book can be a good read to know about these. Thanks for your review.
