This sounds like a very exciting book! I love novels that are fast-paced and not dull. There seems to be a lot going on in this book. Thank you for being honest and letting us know that this book would not be a standalone in the series. You did a great job on your review!

This book seems to be full of action and aliens. While I'm a fan of sci-fi, this is a bit out of my confort zone, as the plot sounds too unrealistic for my taste.

It is not really that I don't like sci-fi/fantasy books, but even I can clearly see that it is kinda pointless to evaluate the 5th part of series while having no vaguest idea what happened in the previous books. Sorry, but I prefer yo skip it. Congratulations with BOTD anyway!

This sounds like an interesting sci-fi book. I am not a huge fan of sci-fi but I have been reading some lately. Maybe I will put this one on my want-to-read list! Disliking everyone with brown eyes is a unique angle for a story! Thanks for the excellent review!

I'm not a sci-fi reader but this sounds like an interesting book with well-developed characters. Also, I don't like to read books in a series out of order. Great job with the review.

OMG...! I have brown eyes and my whole family has. Thank God, this is just fiction. And an alien disease? This sounds exactly like a plot-line, my brother and I would come up with when we have nothing else to do.

I am not really a fun of sci-fi but this book is full of interesting points. But the statement "so you've decided the SV1 has sex?" is not clear.

I’m now a science-fiction fan. I’ll have to read this first 4 books in the series first. I dislike starting in the middle.

The first thing that comes to mind is science fiction as I read this book. it can also be considered as a thriller to some because I believe there is some entertaining action. At first glance this would be a lovely book to spark my imagination as I tag along with Alex and Okana to save the world and find the alien machines
