The Employee Millionaire - Personal Workbook by H. J. Chammas is a really great workbook for beginners because it starts with the basics in understanding your assets, your liabilities, and how all of these things factor into how and when you can invest.

This book starts out with an introduction on what prompted the author to begin his real estate journey, and how he got there. A nice feature of this workbook is that it comes with templates and spreadsheets for you to download from the authors’ site and use as you go through the book. The book also provides examples of the spreadsheets and templates as it walks you through how to use them and why it is important to use them. I like that the first workbook exercise is for a person to write what they are wanting to get out of life. This helps a person to focus on what is most important to them so that they can focus on the steps needed to get there.

Overall, this is a book worthy of purchasing and studying and I did not find anything that I really disliked. But the only thing I didn’t like is that the author mentioned some of his other services and encouraged us to engage those services with links included in a few places. This came across as an advertisement. Otherwise it was also well edited and no errors to be found. Using the templates and worksheets provided can help a beginner understand the importance of real estate investment and provides a great look at what you will need to take that first step into real estate ownership. Well written and very helpful. So I give the book The Employee Millionaire - Personal Workbook by H. J. Chammas 4 out of 4 stars .

I recommend this book to employees who want to have financial freedom, business owners, amateur investors, and anyone interested in investing at all. Readers who are not interested in non-fiction, business, technical discussions, or investing, might find it boring. If you read it, have a pen, a jotter, and a lot of brain-juice.
