I normally avoid books about world wars but I find this one intriguing. I can't help but wonder what General Patton kept secret all of his life. Thank you for your review.

I have a hard time following war stories because I don't understand the jargon; But, this book sounds like it is very suspenseful. I'm sure it would be a good read for those into military stories. Thanks for your review!

Getting to know different armaments will attract my attention to read this book. More so, I like historical fiction books weaved around war.

I'm not into historical fiction or war stories. I'll pass on this one but I'm sure many other readers will find it interesting enough.

Thanks for a great review! You really made me curious about this book. I wonder how much of the story is fictional and which events are true.

It’s such a pity that I am not an ardent fan of war novels; if I were, this would definitely be a good choice. The attention to detail and the gripping plot makes this one seem like compulsive reading. You have written a great review as well - well done!

This book is just amazing. I especially loved Pizzio's character and his will to sacrifice everything for his men. I resented Patton for getting kidnapped, as so many lives had to be lost just to rescue him, but at the same time, I understood that it needed to be done. Thanks for the great review.

I enjoy the book's fast pace, which makes it difficult to put down. I'd love to read the thrilling scenes in Rescuing General Patton in which the rangers parachute into German-occupied territory and land in a minefield. Thanks for your great review.

This historical fiction seems to have the power to carry the reader to the time of war. However, it doesn't seem to be my cup of tea.

These kinds of historical fiction war stories really intrigue me! I love hearing the stories about individuals and how they did their best in a time of crisis. It's good to hear that this book was well-written and edited! Thanks for the review!

Today's BOTD isn't the one for me, but readers who enjoy historical fiction and stories that take place during WWII are going to want to check this one out! In addition to the well-developed characters, fans of the genre will find the descriptive scenes and storyline engaging and exciting. Thank you for the helpful review! :-)
