I agree. We cannot tag Gary as a bad person just because he unconsciously killed someone. Additionally, after he realized about his crime, he tried to help the other Gary to prove himself guilty.

I understand that Garry could have imagined doing other things to Michelle apart from killing her. I still don't agree that it ultimately makes him a bad person just because he fantasized about killing her.
