He has always been aware that he is different, assuming he alone had these abilities. But he finds himself questioning everything when he is abruptly separated from his mom while running for their lives. Suddenly, he finds himself surrounded by others with abilities that are similar, yet so very different. He must choose which path he will take as his journey continues. A story of growth, family, and friendship.

The Fourth Kinetic: Clairvoyants by Brady Moore is a phenomenal read from front to back. The fact that the main character is a young black man, is an extra positive note for this book. The story line is compelling, you find yourself rooting for the characters throughout the story. If you are looking for a book to just read a few chapters from before bed, this is not the one for you, you will be up all night reading.

There really weren't many negative aspects throughout the book. There does appear to be an overuse of certain words when other words would have probably been better suited to the context. As well as, a few misspelled words, but that is it.

I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. I loved every second of reading this. When I wasn't reading it, I was thinking about reading it. I love every part of this story. I sincerely hope the next one will be published soon!

I think this book would be a good match for those who love sci-fi stories. As well as those who enjoy coming of age stories. The age range most likely to enjoy this book is probably within the young adult group. There are aspects of the story that young adults are highly likely to identify with, thus making the story even more powerful.

I like the way that Rion is able to bond with the other clairvoyants. He doesn’t really seem very different. Thanks for the review.
