I like the historical setting of the scene of the book. I wouldn't mind reading about Jenny, Elise, Archie and the rest of the group trying to save Britain. I wonder how the entire story ends. Do they win?

This one sounds like an interesting take on the Germans and a few going against the Nazi regime. It’s good to hear it can be read as a stand-alone. And the characters sound promising - like women in intelligence!

You mentioned that a character worked at a photographic interpretation facility, while I'm not sure what it is, it does seem interesting. This comes across as an intriguing read and I'm also glad that it includes a glossary. That makes it easy for readers to understand the meaning rather than having to Google things repeatedly. What a great C/T/M/H book, war book and historical book by Rex W. Last. I enjoy the series and the way it is reviewed in sequence well done beautiful Review team. I would love to know more about Major Archie Wellings, a member of the Secret Operation Executive, SOE as the relation with Miss Jenny Wilkins, a new trainee at the Photographic Interpretation facility. And the way author used different characters and engaged them is so fascinating.

Now the other part I liked in this review is when the reviewer say there is improvement that means review team is great enough to analyze and foresee which could make authors future writers.
4 stars rated has no doubt, as I went through the free sample of the book hot it to my kindle, only six chapters are provided. But according to the review team book has 40 chapters and I enjoyed the few we given for free, I picked this line from chapter 5 page 700 ...
‘is to convince the committee that we are not raving mad, and then find some way of blowing the Nazis’ little scheme sky high and prevent them from converting their wicked little research project into a lethal military weapon.’ that was our great character Archie.
I would love to have full book and read it

Wolfgang’s Castle is the second book in the line about the efforts of group of German to halt the unstoppable rise of Nazi authority, followed by Cursing the darkness, but it is a standalone novel.

First few pages holds the perfect use of simile to give reader’s a taste of actual scenes referring in fresh pages of book. As the story continues the language becomes more easier to grasp, what holds the captivity of reader is the page turning story created by author. Furthermore, The characters are simple, contains a description on their skills rather than appearance as the story advance. Plots scenes are largely described from the view of genre of this book.

A mixture of relatable characters with several plot twists to be seen with a bit of brewing romance to hold the attention of the readers.

Really an Amazing Boook .I have read books like this before. This book has its own separate time. History is told in simple words. What was the role of Nazis in the Second World War? What was the thinking of the people of that time? He could go to any length for his success. It was a lot of fun to read.

I do enjoy a captivating and suspenseful read. I'm curious about a crime thriller with a historical angle. I can't wait to read more about Major Wellings. Congratulations on the BOTD.

I am not a huge fan of historical fiction. Also, I usually don’t like to get involved in a series on any but the first book. However, it's good to know that the book has solid, well-developed characters. Thanks for the excellent review!

The book seems interesting and exciting with so many events and twists and turns in the plot which makes it really thrilling. It has lots of characters that are connected with each other and masterfully blended into the plot and the events of World War II period. But I'm not a big fan of historical war fiction so I have to pass this time. Still I'm sure the book will find its reader. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

I am over reading historical fiction novels centered around Nazis and World War II. I am glad you enjoyed it and your review shows it. It is always rewarding when authors try to do better with editing. It shows they care about their work.

I love reading historical fiction, good thing that this book can be read as a standalone. The plot sounds quite intriguing and has my attention. I am keen to know more about John and Sam as they are the Prisoners of War. Good job with the review.

Historical fiction is not a genre that I generally enjoy. The Nazi regime and it's power to influence millions to bend under Hitler's reign is an example of exactly what one world order would be. The suspense and great development of strong characters does appeal to me though. Amazing review!
