Red wave imperative by Alan Schein is a book which was written to make the citizens of America to see reasons to vote for the Republican party in the 2018 mid-term election.

This the author emphasized was to give the then president Donald Trump a helping hand in the law making act. He went ahead to state the various places that the US economy was suffering and how it can be corrected if the right laws were made. He stressed the need for the implementation of the voter-controlled-democracy, giving Singapore as a good example. Do you think America political system would experience a breakthrough if the voter-controlled-democracy was implemented? What is your opinion on socialism? Do you think America would progress of it went socialist? To get a better understanding of these questions, I recommend Red wave imperative to you.

The plot of the book was well planned as the events unfolded one after the other in an understandable manner. The setting of the book was the Us but the major findings and experimental analysis were not within the US.

The language of the book was simple, so simple that even a seven years old can read it.

What I liked about the book was the knowledge I received from the book especially about the Singapore political system. It was really good to learn about the political system of another country and get some vital information about the secret of their success. I applaud the author for making out time to research about this topic.

What I disliked about the book was that it was really one sided. In an attempt to praise and glorify the effort of the Donald Trump administration, he bad mouthed the past Democracy administration. He blamed them for the political setback that US was experiencing and in my opinion that was really harsh.

Another thing I really hated about the book was that the author was usually too quick to jump into conclusions and lacked evidence to backup his claims. An example of this can be seen in page 15 paragraph 2 - take a closer look at the people you see waving banners and holding professionally prepared sign at political rallies and matches and traffic blockage. It's likely that crowd for hire or crowd for rent or crowd on demand put them there.
There was no evidence to backup his claims and I see this as a false allegation.

Also in page 45 where the author stated the Shari's law for treatment of women, he said the the law allowed: wives to be beaten by their husbands, sexual intercourse with under age, raping of girls and women. It also stated that women were subservient to their husbands. I had to carry out a research on this law and I discovered that the author added paper and salt to his story.

The author's version of the law was based on assumption and somewhat hatred for the Islamic group because of the actions of the ISIS militants. I would have loved it if the author had sited a reference to this law to backup his claim but none was stated.

Overall, the book had ideas in which if acted up can drive America to its dream destination. However, this book was one-sided and painted a bad picture of the previous regimes. I would have loved it if the author spoke on a plain note instead of highlighting the good sides of his team and shadowing their bad part. For this reason, I give it 2 stars out of 4 stars.

I recommend it to lovers of American politics as it contains political ideas and perceptions.
