Do I Need a Will or a Trust? by Taylor Phillip Willingham, J.D. M.S. This book gives a lot of advice for those who are in a situation where they need to decide between will and trust. The book will give them a solution according to their situation, there are a lot of situations mentioned in the book for giving readers real examples to take advantage out of it. A lot of information comes from the lawyer and the author Taylor Phillip Willingham, J.D. M.S. And who else can give us legal information better than a lawman?

The writer tried to give each case the right to talk about it and try to give practical solutions for it, and readers could find the situation they were in at the beginning of the book and go right to it.

I liked the fact that the author uses statistics and numbers as proof of the information's authenticity he gives us, and that is what gives the book credibility and transparency.

One of the things that I liked were the examples, I think the examples will reach and help a lot the readers of the book because the author including the mistakes that the people fall into it and give it to the readers to help them not to do the same mistakes. And that was a good thing from the author.

I think the book is well organized, linking ideas and moving from one idea to another had a good impact on the book and its content.

Although the author tried to make the ideas simple and easy to understand, sometimes I felt that some of the ideas were a little bit unclear and complicated, I think the author was had to use ordinary language and not the lawyer's language and that would make the book easier to understand. And that doesn't detract from the value of the book. It's full of useful information and great advice.

I can say, anyone can read this book, but I recommend it specifically to those who need to decide between will and trust and those with financial management problems. The book will give them the right vision to decide and a lot of information will reach their minds.

I rate Do I Need a Will or a Trust? by Taylor Phillip Willingham, J.D. M.S. 3 out of 4, the book was exceptionally edited. I think the book will be helpful for all of those who'll read it.
