Water shortage and climate change have left Forge Corporation as the only hope for people, as they have the resources. What are the other rules by Forge? I would like to know how this story progresses. Thanks for the great review.

What an intriguing premise. I don't normally read Sci-Fi, but I may make this the exception. I've read Void by Tameem and I hope this book will be as good as that.

Though I am not a fan of Sci-fi novels, I commend the author for this great piece. However, your review made this book interesting. Thank you for this amazing review.

'The Unborn' reminded me of the book '1984' by George Orwell. They both have one man ruling and controlling others to the point that they have no say over their personal lives. I would like to read the rest of the book very soon. Thanks for the review.

It is sad how realistic this future could be, both for the lack of water and the procreation restrictions. Too many people and you no longer have the resources to keep everyone alive. If we do not pay attention, we could end up in this sci-fi reality.

This book is about an important topic to discuss, as there are some places with shortages of water and many places will have that soon.

The book seems interesting but due to being slow paced and a cliffhanger,I think I'll pass. Thanks for the review.

I am not always into Sci-fi books but the story line here is really intriguing especially about the dilemma of the twin pregnancy, I'd actually read this one. Thank you for a clear review.

I like books whose stories presents conflicting goals for their characters. For this book, the corporation the husband works for has a one-child policy, then the wife gets pregnant with twins. I am curious to learn if this ends up as a win-win situation or otherwise. Thanks for the free book though I had problems locating the other website to download this book but I got it right eventually. Thanks for the good review too.

Forge corporation is really inhumane. Water is important and people must not be starved with it. Summer with unborn twins sounds so interesting. I wonder what Jake will do about it.
This is a nice review.

It is an interesting story and I’m looking forward to digging into this novel to find out how Summer will be able to save her family from the cruelty of the Forge policy and how her marriage will survive due to the consequences of her decision.

I love sci-fi novels. I will love to see choices summer makes about her pregnancy, if she has the will to turn against the organization her husband works for and how’s Jake feels about killing his unborn kids.

Sci-fi is a genre that appeals to me, and knowing that it contains a great character development makes it even more alluring. I'm glad to know that fact that it has a captivating plot. I'm sure I'll enjoy it.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting science fiction novel set in the distant future where, with limited resources, the "Forge Corporation" has control over the water and makes the policies for the public. The story focuses on one of the Forge directors and his wife who undergoes a pregnancy experiment, which results in twins, but with the Forge's one child policy it will affect the couple's lives. It might be worth a second look. Well done.
