Review of Fallen
Danni was raised by Father Richard, an ex-member of the Order. She possesses the ability to learn languages and skills without difficulty. This makes her valuable to practically everyone globally, especially the legion of devils, also known as the Fallen, and the Order, consisting of various religious bodies. Before Father Richard’s death, he had taught Danni how to protect herself and had reiterated the importance of staying hidden.
Danni manages to protect herself from the Fallen through various charms and tattoos. However, all hell breaks loose when reports of their actions are found around the world. Danni tries to understand the reasons for the Fallen’s awakening and their goals. She also tries to discover who she truly is and why it is imperative that she stays hidden from both forces. She makes friends on the way who manage to give her an insight into who she is. What is the intention of the Fallen? Will Danni manage to stop the Fallen? Will she defy her Father’s words and put herself at risk to stop the Fallen, or will the demons achieve their hidden goal? Find out by reading this intriguing fiction novel.
Fallen by RHR Handley is a thrilling mystery of the supernatural. The title of the book is the first thing that attracts a reader to the book. A reader would be curious to know what the book entails. The book has a lot of positive aspects. The author uses words that any reader would easily understand. The plot of the story is simply superb as there is an adequate touch of mystery and suspense. This book will keep a reader yearning for more. I did not get bored at any point while reading this book. The book discusses the supernatural and teaches that we can all attain redemption.
The book encompasses excellent themes such as hatred, care, self-discovery and betrayal. The book also provides an insight into the workings of the supernatural that would drive a reader into doing more research. This book has a negative aspect. I found a lot of errors in this book. A lot of words were missing, and some words were not spelt correctly. I could not find any other negative aspect in this book.
I rate this book 3 out of 4 stars. I did not rate it lower because it was a unique, thrilling and exciting book. I did not rate it higher because I believe the book needs to be properly edited. I recommend this book to all lovers of mystery and the supernatural. However, this book contains threads of violence and killings, which some readers may find disturbing.
