I would have liked to read this book when my son was small...Many useful tricks for dealing with stubborn kids! However, I have to say that I saw a couple of errors in the pages I read.

I'm typically highly skeptical of books written to "deal with" stubborn children, but an approach prioritizing relaxation sounds worth reading about. I hope it treats the "stubborn" child with respect. Either way I think I will give this book a look. thanks for the review :)

I have a one year old and I can already see myself beginning to read this book. I think this book would be helpful for me as well as my sister. I have seen my three little nieces being stubborn and my sister getting irritated over their behaviour. Thank you for the nice review.

This seems like a fine book from the pages that I read. But I have no stubborn children in my life right now, just stubborn adults, so I'll be skipping this one. Nevertheless, congratulations to the author for achieving BOTD status, and I hope those who may benefit from the author's recommendations find it useful.

Dealing with stubborn children can be challenging at times. The premise of this book is a brilliant one. I like that it provides "helpful information to those with children that have stubborn characters." Congrats on the BOTD!

It is a nice self-help book that can help parents discipline their children and raise socially upright kids. But I am curious about the methods used to achieve this goal. Nice review!

Parenting can be a dillema for anyone with children. Each child presents their own unique character, and so parents need as much help as they can get inorder to raise them to be useful to society. This book is definately a must have for every parent or those planning to raise children, because you never know when you might need this skill called relaxed pleasure.

I like that the author wrote the book based on his own rich experience. I also think it is great that the book emphasizes the practical application of relaxed pleasure.

I wonder if this can be used on a child that has entered their teenage years? Relaxed pleasure would equal a relaxed mind, placing this on my want to read shelf. Good review.

I think every parent can attest to the fact that children are stubborn. It sounds like the methods used in this guidebook have been quite successful and help children through relaxed pressure. Thanks for the informative review.

Stubborn Children is a help book that applies psychology in bringing up children. I learnt something I never heard yet I'm captured by it: "relaxed pressure".Will read more on it. Congrats on being BOTD.

Kids can be a handful sometimes. It's good to know that there is a way to redirect all that strong will into something more productive.

From my own point of view, children are innocent from birth until their minds are spoiled by the things they see around them. I don't know if children become stubborn from birth, or they become stubborn as a result of their experience in the environment they find themselves . Well, which ever one, I think that this book is educative in understanding a child's temperament. The idea of relaxed pleasure is new to me and I would like to know more about it.Thanks for your review.
