Review of Money Faucet
Money Faucet is a crime fictional thriller and it is the second book in the Clint Kennedy Crime series by Joe Calderwood. You can read and understand this second book in the series even when you have not read the first book titled Stained Fortune. It is narrated from both first-person and third-person points of view by Clint Kennedy, the protagonist, and the author respectively.
Clint Kennedy is a banker who banks the Mexican drug lords' money. This business has brought in a lot of money for Clint and his family. Eddie Collier is hit in an accident by a car. Eddie dies and leaves his grandfather, who is suffering from dementia, under the guardianship of Clint. Clint decides to do his best to make sure that this old man lives the best life possible for the rest of his life. There is a lawyer who wants to prevent this from happening. What will Clint do to stop this lawyer? There are drug lord wars taking place at the Mexican border. Will Clint stay in business or will he be driven out of it by these wars? Abe threatens to stop Clint's business of banking drug lords' money. Get yourself a copy of this crime novel to know how Abe is dealt with?
The protagonist, Clint, is an opportunist but a caring and bisexual loving man. He cares for the well-being of his friend's grandfather and children in Mexico. The characters are well developed. The author tries to mention all the details about scenes in the novel hence well developed scenes. The thing that I liked most about the novel is that it shows the reader the dangers of free money. Many characters in the novel want to get free money and the author shows the problems they face because of this.
The thing that I am to criticize about the novel is that it contains a lot of profanity. Some characters are homosexual which I did not like. The novel was exceptionally well edited. I came across only one error while I was reading.
I rate the second novel in the Clint Kennedy Crime series 4 out of 4 stars because the first chapter is captivating and the storyline is full of suspense. There is lost love which is found at the end of the novel. I recommend it to readers of crime novels especially those about drug cartels. It lacks erotic scenes but has a lot of profanity hence not recommended for young audiences.

Thanks for loving this book and commenting on my review.Obinna9058 wrote: ↑07 Oct 2021, 12:13 I love this book. Once it comes to money, I'm in! I will really like to know what really happened and how it happened. That said, dealing with criminals is one thing I don't want to encounter. Clint is really courageous.

It is really enticing just give it a try. Thanks for your feedback.Kaushiki Parihar wrote: ↑11 Oct 2021, 21:38 It sounds like an enticing crime thriller novel. If I don't have to read the first book, then I'll give this book a try. It's a pity about the excessive profanity, but it's great that it is full of suspense. Thanks for the great review.
