I love bacon. I haven't tried it with ice cream, though. Now I will, though both are harmful to my figure, not to mention my health.

I like peanut butter and honey on toast. Another good combination is marmite(a savoury spread) and cheese on bread or toast. Both peanut butter and marmite are not as nice without their partner ingredients.

I'm a vegetarian, but I wouldn't be opposed to sprinkling imitation bacon on certain flavors of ice cream, like pecan ice cream, for one; I think the nuttiness of the pecan would suit the savory of the bacon really well.
