Thanks for the review. The book is interesting as it sheds light on the lives of soldiers and how they suffer from trauma and their quest for survival despite the presence of death everywhere.

I read somewhere that war is a staged conflict and stems up from the desire to conquer and rob. In the middle ages soldiers went to war voluntarily because they wanted the money. Current conflicts involve young men and women who have no idea what are the primary objectives of the conflict they are risking their lives for. Furthermore, most do participate just like the janitor who cleans the rooms in a hotel without having a single idea about the hospitality industry and his role in it. Great story and congratulations to the author.

The scars of war are everything one may want to know about the military. One can understand what these men in uniform go through during wartime. Congrats on this review of the book of the day. Well, I hope that the insight on the errors in this book will aid the author to reprint corrected versions of the book.

The author authentically described the typical war atmosphere. I like how the writer described the nerve-wracking scenes. Still, I think a book of this type would be more suited to a fast-pace plot.
