I think this book describes the joy and the self-fulfilment that can be gained by participating in sports of any type, at high levels. Obviously, with a female character, this also highlights the feminine spirit that is so popular in literature today. Although I'm not really a fan of boxing it sounds absorbing to read about the character's experiences that are also interspersed with issues in her personal life. Often when a book is well written and as entertaining as this, some errors and typos are not too important as I don't think that they will be noticed by ordinary readers. An absorbing and compelling review of this book.

An inspiring sports based story in the book "Proud to Be Me Rosalinda Part 2" by Jesse Moreno, which follows Rose’s rising career as a championship boxer. The book showcases how the perturbing emotional conflicts can shatter a boxing career. I should be reading this book soon.

Thank you for the review! I agree with you that the author should provide background information about some of the characters, because Rob was suddenly mentioned and I didn't know who he is and why she remembered him. Also, the language of the book is so easy and not so attracting to read.

I have to agree with you on this. The internal struggles sound interesting however the boxing description could quickly get repetitive. Still, an awesome book review!

This seems to be an intriguing book,  indeed. I've never imagined myself reading a book about a boxer’s career. Although it's not my favourite genre, I'm impressed by the uniqueness of the author writing style. It's also interesting that it has strong female characters in this story.
