This is a useful book for anyone that wants to take care of their health or get back to a healthier lifestyle. I agree that the author has done a great job of making a complex subject into a narrative that most readers can understand and take away something that could help them towards a healthier life. Thanks for the excellent review on this book.

Lifestyles definitely affect our health and this book has some great ideas on how to change your lifestyle. I liked the part where he made it clear that one unhealthy meal will not harm you. In other words, it is ok to occasionally eat your favorite food but do not make a habit of it. Thank you for your review.

The four factors mentioned make a lot of sense to me. But my first reaction is to think the same you did: only privileged people can afford not only healthy foods but also not to live a hectic lifestyle. What about, for example, people that have more than one job just to barely pay the bills? I guess I'll have to read the book to be proven wrong.
I hope the author fixes the problem with the images because this seems like a valuable resource.
Thank you for your analytical review.

I have never read a health book but this sounds captivating. The author is right, people tend to eat unhealthy, but it will really take lots of self discipline to follow a healthy lifestyle. I will like to see the author's suggestion. Thanks for the amazing review.

A health book in which the authors argue that four main factors affect health: overnutrition, underactivity, interrupted sleep, and hectic lifestyles. I am curious about the advice they can give us to improve health.

I generally don't go for health books, but this sounds like an informative read that not only points out the issues but also relays some solutions. I appreciate that the author has a sense of humor about the situation, too. Thank you for your review!

This is definitely an important book,  indeed. I'm impressed by the uniqueness of the author writing style, and the ability to teach us and  spread the message playfully at the same time. Health is such a topic everyone should learn more about, and take action to live better.
