This amazing description of this book really hits the mark! To see what appears to be a a raw and genuine novel about such sensitive and ever relevant topics really does excite me. The fact it is a true story as well makes this even more tantalising, interested to see how this could affect the narrative. I'll be sure to check it out.

Living in Europe, it is eye opening to learn about the difficulties that people in other countries or with other cultures face.

Religious conversions can often lead to division and discord, so I applaud anyone who has the strength to honor their own beliefs (despite what religious persecutions may come about as a result). It sounds like this author has done an excellent job of honoring Pakistani culture too, so thank you for your helpful review!

The story seems so interesting and educative. I hope to enjoy it and learn many new things about Pakistani culture like the reviewer stated. It is really disheartening how the veil of religion causes people to rise against each other when they are rather supposed to be more toleranct of everyone's belief. Really looking forward to it.

From bullying and discrimination to prejudice and, ultimately, forgiveness, today's BOTD shares what life was like for Victoria growing up Christian in a Muslim community. Readers will find her experiences informative and eye-opening and will walk away in admiration of her strength, courage, and bravery. Thank you for the helpful review! :-)

The plot is intriguing and I’m looking forward to digging into this novel to find out how Victoria faced her challenges as she stood up against people who made it difficult for her to live a peaceful because of her Christian faith.

It is hard to turn away from the religion your parents raise you in. Then to be disowned because they do not accept your life choice and beliefs is incredibly heard. The author must have had a lot of strength to walk the path they did.

The Despicable Missionary seems like a thought provoking read with some controversial themes. A useful resource for anyone looking to get an insight into the Pakistan culture and the role religion plays in their society. Great review.

I can imagine Pakistani's culture, it can never do well with Christianity. I salute the author for picking up a shuttered story and unveil it to light. I believe many have gone through the situation and failed; I'm so glad Victoria never gave up. This review is quite a great glimpse of the novel job well done.

Throughout all of life's difficulties and tribulations, faith has always kept me sane. The book has a lot of potential. Victoria has had a difficult life, and I'd like to know how she overcame them. Congrats on the #BOTD
