This book is certainly catchy by the subject. However, the content differs from my expectations. I'll pass this book for now. Thanks for the good review.

As a previous manager, I did find that staff love to gossip at the water dispensers, especially topics that they won't address in front of management. The author does have it correct in his statements, what can the employer do to improve and not what can the employee do. This is the best way to reduce staff turnover and the challenge of absenteeism. I would love to read the book. Thank you for a well-written review.

For me to be happy with work, it has to be meaningful to me and not just about someone else’s bottom line. I’m afraid that’s probably why I prefer book reviewing and making my own schedule and happiness!

A lot of employers could learn a lot from this book. The author has made sure to delve into how an organization can thrive and how essential happy employees are to an organization. This is a very interesting read which would also be best suitable for even upcoming entrepreneurs. Awesome review!

I enjoyed reading your detailed review. There are so much one can learn just from reading this book. I'm not a business-oriented person nor do I work in a corporation. However, I know some readers who will enjoy reading this book and I will happily recommend it to them.

This isn't my type of read but corporate persons can gain much from the book. Thanks for the review though.

This is quite an interesting topic, and I think finding only one right answer to this is impossible. Every individual is different and also responds differently. However, the author has clearly put some time and effort to this and done a reasonable amount of research. Some of his conclusions are probably true and every HR person should read this book. However, reading with a critical touch might not hurt.

Thank you for a very thorough review! I enjoyed reading your thoughts and your experiences on this field.

This book is one of a kind, even for non-fiction. Learning about employee behavior can be crucial for a certain group of people. But topics like these don't always excite me. Anyways, thanks for the detailed review!
