Seems like a delightful children's tale. It definitely has a unique plot, with the bird's view of the world. I belive children will enjoy it. Congratulations on the BOTD.

I don't think a child's book having spiritual matters settles well with me, meanwhile I can't disregard the good work brought forth by the reviewer so thank you for the great review.

I'm sure kids would love to fly like Wade and see the world from above. The book seems to be full of valuable lessons about gratitute and unconditional love as well as fear, failure, and competition between peers. Thanks for your review!

Wade's experience is both unique and exciting. I'll love to read this book to know more of the relationship between Wade and his friend the bird. Thanks for the review.

The overall review is very fine and detailed which I admire, I really loved that you highlighted the points that it has a deeper meaning and can be helpful in strong mental health which is good habit to imbibe in young children as in our society people often disregard mental health. Finally it's a nice and entertaining book to read

Welll, I have to say that after reading the sample from the book and the review you completed, it made.me stop and wonder if my son was as happy as Wade? The author uses the opportunity to teach children and adults that what makes each of us happy is different. That is demonstrated by Wade seeing the different color auras with his new bird vision. Flying over the children and school, he saw they had bright rainbow colored auras. The aura of the adults at the factories were auras that were darker and not as bright. When we are children, we are using our imaginations and having a good time. As kids we are carefree with no worries, which explains the bright color auras . As we grow up and take on a job and more responsibilty, the things that make us happy shift. We now have worries that we did not have as a child, so it takes more to make us happy which would explain the adults having a darker aura than the children. As adults we tend to forget the simple things that used to make us happy. After reading this review and thinking about my take on the auras, I am definitely going to sit down with my 5 year old son to read this book with him. I am going to open up a dialogue with him so I can really grasp what makes him happy. So thank you for this review that made me realize I want to make sure that my son David keeps that bright rainbow aura for as long as he can. Kids today grow up way too fast!

I like that "bird's-eye view" bit. I always enjoy your profound reviews of children's books. We didn't get such enlightening reading matter when I was young. But the world is a different place now. Its most stalwart defenders are kids!

I think it’s sweet that there’s a book of spirituality and enlightenment for young kids. Even if some kids might not understand it now, it will be faster for them to grasp as soon as the light switch goes on and they can refer to this book.

This is a 21 pages long children's book with colored illustrations about a young boy's world travel with his avian friend. This book is suitable for children between the ages of five and eight. It also has a discussion questions at the end which would stimulate emotional intelligence in the kids. Great review.

I can only imagine how exhilarating it would be to fly on a bird's shoulders. This children's book has wonderful illustrations that kids of all ages will enjoy. I think reading with an adult would make the deep breathing, mindfulness, unconditional love, and conscious awareness clear for younger kids to grasp. Thank you for your great review.

I think that this book has all the positive attributes of a good children's book. The story seems to promote self reflection and also emotional development of children, which is very important to kids. I also like that this author has provided queries at the end for this same purpose. I also like your comprehensive review. Thank you.
