From the cover, I expected the poetry to be very whimsical. I liked it even though it's not. I've always been fond of freeverse and the author's messages were profound. I'm definitely reading this one. Thanks for the great review!

So I hated the cover and that made me not want to read any of the content. However, I checked out a few of the poems on the sample. This type of writing isn't my cup of tea but I congratulate the author on his initiative and on achieving BOTD.

Poems are hard to understand. Because there are deep feelings in each of the line. Nice review.🌼🧚‍♀️🌼

I am not much of a friend of poems, but optimistic reflections about different topics related to our lives do sound good. Just like you, I did not like the cover, and because of that, I would probably not have even checked this book out elsewhere.

Thanks for an interesting review!

I'm not a poet lover so I don't really have interest in the book buh I must say, I admire the writer's use of symbolism to express himself. Thanks for the review.

Poetry is not my favorite genre; in fact, it is my least favorite. However, I do appreciate that the author took a philosophical approach throughout each of his writings. Thanks for the review! :tiphat:

Poems are a great symbol of one's emotions and thoughts. Often at times, when experiencing very strong emotions such as pain, happiness, heartbreak and so forth, most people opt for writing poems to express themselves. I believe the author did the same with this book. Overall, this is a great work of art. Thank you for this great review too!!

Speaks for itself seems to be a great book. The impression I get from this review is, Jeffery Paul Bailey is a great composer with how he presents his poems. Now, despite my love for drafts rich in symbolism and metaphors, I will have to pass up on this one due to the fact that I cannot tolerate poems. Thank you for your review, though, and congratulations on book of the day!

Poems are not exactly my cup of tea but the book in general seems appealing. I like that the poems are thought-provoking and some even have a hidden meaning that will definitely teach someone a lesson. I also like the author's usage of a figurative language that makes the poems more colourful. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

Unfortunately, I don't like poetry as it is, especially so considering that English is not my native language and current level of knowledge not allows me to appreciate it in whole. Thereby I will have to skip it, but congrats with BOTD anyway!
