I did not kill my husband but almost killed myself suggest a troubled home. Reading this book however, throw light on a range of topic that is fascinating. I'll be recommending this book to all that want to maintain balance in their lives and families. Thanks for the review.

This book intrigues me with the everyday language and the personal experiences the writer puts in her book. The way it's written makes it easy to understand and read. Great review and looking forward to reading what looks to be well written story and character lines!

Really not my cup of tea, not only the non-fiction I try to avoid any chance I get, but mostly because the topic of alcoholism raised in the book while not reference with personal experience in my immediate circle is a widespread problem in a neighboring country and I have no desire to delve into it in my meager free time. Sorry and congrats!

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting memoir about the author's struggles in her marriages. While it might not be for everyone, some might want to give it a second look. Well done.

I have a friend who is abusing alcohol, and I can say that I know how devastating this is to watch on an emotional level. The author seems to provide the encouragement and hope that I am looking for, so I will be reading this book. Thanks for another well-written review! :)

Just curious, how many husbands did this Annie have? I think maybe she may have brought the suffering on herself in a way. Anyway, alcoholism is very serious. I agree with you when you term it as a disease. Your review is also excellently written. Thank you.

I love this review. Alcoholism is a very serious issue especially when the person's family is affected. I can't wait to start reading this book.

In Swahili they have a saying "Vumilia Kama Bibi ya Mlevi" paraphrased as you have to be tolerant like a drunkard's wife. Well Annie's story is sad but true testament to the Swahili saying.

I'm amazed at the plot. I think it's unique and follows the stories of spousal abuse and all that could go wrong. Thanks for your detailed review.

I hope Annie came out and spoke about what was affecting her, she must be dying in silence. Parker must be a great write as the style of writing you have said seems only to be unque to him. The title of the book is also captivating, I believe readers are attracted to it. Otherwise congrats on BOTD

I’m not really interested in the premise of this story, so regrettably I’ll have to pass.

Spousal suppression is much more common than most people think. Everyone wants their marriage to work for the sake of public appearance. It is horrible when your marriage fails, so you are willing to do almost anything to make the relationship work. It sounds like this will be an interesting book.

The novel appears toward being highly educational and in-depth; nevertheless, I wouldn't be perusing it only because I believe it is provocative. Great job on the review

I’m looking forward to digging this novel to find out how Annie was able to face her difficult challenges about her relationships especially regarding her marriage. The title is intriguing and gives an idea to the readers what to expect from the book.

'Official Review: I Did Nor Kill My Husband: But I almost Killed Myself' by AM Parker has a clear introduction! It well analyses the various components of the book about a woman's marital relationship for readers! It focuses on the strengths and weaknesses of the narrative for the benefit of general readers! The advice offered for potential readers in the review is useful and greatly impressive! Nice to learn that the author's craft to hook the reader to the narrative from start to finish is commendable!
