What a great imagination! Finley must have had such a difficult life as a lawyer in such a society, despite the identity of her father.

The author recreates his favourite writer's (Earnest Hemingway) life, only this time; he has a daughter. The story follows Finley Hemingway as she navigates the world and breaks into the male-dominated legal profession. The book is insightful, and readers will discover whether Finley finds love or succumbs to the Hemingway curse.

Perhaps more history and less fiction and I would probably be interested in the book. Hemingway's life sometimes seems to overshadow his actual work and this book seems headed in that direction, even if it is fictional.

I can't exactly call myself Hemingway's huge fan, therefore understandably book titled "Hemingway's Daughter" is hardly a selling point. I admit that I do like his creations well enough, but not to the point of repeated reread or knowing more about author and his life. Apologies, but I will have to pass it, but still congrats on BOTD!

Historical fiction isn't my first preference, but after reading your review, I've bumped this one to the top of my WTR list. Thank you!

If Hemingway had a daughter, today's BOTD would be the one that tells her story. This brilliant historical fiction novel will pull readers in right from the start and not let go until the last page. Highly rated and well-written, fans of the genre, as well as those who enjoy stories of perseverance are in for a treat. Thank you again for the awesome review and keep up the great work!! :-)

This is an interesting and unique coming of age historical fiction novel highlighting WWII romance, and an amazing retelling of Ernest Hemingway's story. The book is Temporarily discounted on Amazon Kindle and has a well-written OnlineBookClub review. Congrats on the BOTD.

I am a little confused about the fact that the daughter is fictional. It says the book was endorsed by their granddaughter so do they only have a son? Either way I think it will be a great read. Congratulations on the book of the day!

I find the idea of a fictional story about a famous real person fascinating. A novel about Hemingway's daughter he never had is very original and engaging. That is like imagining the path that the author's life would have taken if he had had a daughter. An intriguing option for Hemingway fans.

I like the idea of rewriting the story of one's hero. It seems fascinating. At first, I thought the book was weird, but as I read the review, it sounded even more captivating.

It’s an interesting concept to rewrite Hemingway's life to give him what he didn’t have in real life. It feels unique and different.

I enjoyed the sample of this story, which certainly has an intriguing plot line. The excellent review is encouraging, and I believe I would enjoy reading how Finley navigates her life and works hard to find success.

I would pass on this as I am not a fan of historical fiction books. However, I must admit that the book has an intriguing storyline. Congrats to the author on being the book of the day!
