The tales seems like an exceptional sci-fi thriller. Your review is superb! I wouldn't mind devouring it! There must be something special about Kurt.

For some reason this combination of fantasy and mystery does not appeal to me in the slightest. I’m glad I read your review instead of getting the book!

i love the moral of the story . This is a fantasy type of novel that most people don't read on but sometimes we need a novel where good doesn't always win due to the times we are in .I hope your next novel will be a bang.

A nice sci-fi fantasy thriller story about a young boy, Kurt, and a police detective is beautifully presented in the book "Stone of Gabriel" by Gary A. Pattillo. The interesting thing is the mysterious and unusual-looking stone that has magical powers.
life is only knowing the unknown, we can do this by reading books easily- Online book club is a great place for this. This is what I believe.

Good vs evil never gets old as a plotline. I'm not much of a sci-fi reader and young adult books are not particularly interesting to me. Good to know that the characters are likable. Great job with the review.

Gary Pattillo has written a fantasy thriller with a focus on good versus evil. How do you destroy evil? The battle between good and evil is as old as time itself and has yet to produce a victor. Detective Bailey is a religious man, but the book does not promote or push Christianity at the reader. Kurt is a clean-cut, well-behaved boy. Their characters are well developed and likable.
I appreciate that. There's, of course, nothing wrong with religious content, but when authors get too preachy, they limit the audience that could enjoy their book. I'm glad you mentioned this.
I found nothing to dislike about this book. There were some unlikable characters, but without them, the plot would have fallen flat. I believe the book had professional editing as I found only a couple of errors that did not interfere with my reading. I enjoyed reading this book. The story flowed smoothly with a gradual heightening of suspense from chapter to chapter.
I guess one can not appreciate good when there's no opposing force and, as you mentioned, one could not value how "likable" some characters are without some unlikable ones for contrast.
Thank you for your fantastic review!

This sounds like this is an intriguing fantasy book that revolves around good and evil. It will be interesting to see how the author intertwines fantasy with the religious aspects. Thank you for your review.

Fit for teens through adults, today's BOTD is a good vs. evil action-packed scifi thriller that will have you on the edge of your seat in suspense. Readers who enjoy themes about family, friendship, faith, and loyalty are sure to love Book 1 in the Angel Stones series. I plan to add it to our class book recommendations board! Thank you so much for the awesome review! :-)

This looks like a fascinating fantasy thriller that has strong themes of good versus evil. The characters of Kurt, Terence and Alan are nicely developed and relatable for young adult readers. Thanks for the good review on this book.

I think the use of the common attributes of faith, loyalty, friendship, and family values adds an element of realism to this fantasy novel. It is also easy to find the characters relatable. I'm curious to know the link between Kurt and the murder case. Great review!
