The author seems to have acknowledge unity even though the evil surround the family, deception as entails by the author has a huge consequence especially that it was toward the characters parents. In this, I find the book recommendable to the teenage and young people as their is much to learn from this awesome piece.

I love reading fantasy thrillers. The review is intriguing: murder, police procedural and fantasy themes packaged in one book. I am sure this book will be worthwhile reading.

A detailed review without spoilers. The reckoning between good and evil always make a good plot. I would like to find out how the author managed the balance of the various attributes as outlined in this review.

A special stone and a boy who shares an unusual bond with a police officer sounds like an interesting plot. While I'm not really into science-fiction, the book sounds like it has promising character development. Thanks for the detailed review.

This sounds like a well-written story showcasing good vs evil. I’m not much of a sci-fi/fantasy reader, but your review has made me curious about this book. Thank you for an excellent review. Congrats on BOTD.

The book sounds good to read though it tends to take some Christianity basis. I wonder what connection the stone has to do with murder at least it's Gabriel's, herald of good news. Or what danger can it cause if it fell into Levi's hand.

The author has been able to mix elements of fantasy with current advances (magical stones vs. microchips.) I appreciated your clear definition of the story's themes. This looks appealing. Thanks!

This seems to be a story that involves a lot of mystery and suspense. Intriguing is the origin of the stone Kurt gets, and what led him to witness the murder that brings him closer to Steve. Thank you for this interesting review, you have piqued my interest in the book.
