Randy the Irresistible revolves around the life of a smart, handsome and cunning young man, Randy, who navigates life as a normal youth void of experience. The story started by giving a brief description of the members of his family and how he came to been in this world. It describes Randy and how he lived his life, his relationship with both men and women, and how those relationships affected him and the decisions he made. It also made known to the reader his work experiences, and the kind of relationships he had with his father, John Love, his father's friend, Michael Goddard, and his siblings, Harriet and James. Likewise, it also shows his strengths which works to his advantage and his flaws such as poor planning, indecision, bad judgement and unwillingness to commit, which brought on him various self-inflicted problems which he realized towards the end of the story. His life shows the life of a true typical youth.

S M Goodier writes remarkably as the thoughts and ideas were well arranged and put together. Each chapter leaves you curious and eager to read the next. The characters were also well-developed and relatable to the kind of people we have in our world today, so much so that you could think this is a true life story instead of a fictional story, the product of the author's imagination.

This book is filled with unexpected turn of events which could keep a reader in suspense. Randy the Irresistible is also very intriguing and captivating, it was not in any sense boring. While reading the book, my interest was piqued to what kind of trouble awaits Randy due to his bad decisions.

The book is written in British English, which may seem a bit off to non-British speakers. The author having known this from the beginning included a glossary at the end of the story for that purpose, which makes the book perfect. So, there's nothing bad about the book, and I look forward to reading more of S M Goodier's works.

I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. I couldn't rate it any less, as the book is worth it and has only a few errors. It is well edited.

This book is suitable for mature audience has it contain explicit sex scenes and the use of swear words in it. Furthermore, if you're interested in a book that has youthful thrill and adventures, then this is for you. This book is splendid, you won't want to miss it.

I totally agree that most of the problems Randy encountered were self-inflicted. This book did have a lot of surprises and it was exciting to read. Couldn't agree with you less.

Thanks for the review.
